The filter is the mater component of the installation of aspiration, extraction and evacuation of pollutants and hazardous fumes. Internally, it has a system for the separation of the solid particles in suspension with the air, through a porous filter fabric of determined characteristics (grammage, density, temperature…).
When passing through the different stages of filtration, the air is separated from the impurities and traces of paint to finally be evacuated to the outside. Remaining the solid components retained in the filters.
Manufactured in steel sheet, galvanized and stainless steel, for different flows and / or materials. Pre lacquered colors to be determined by the customer.

The pollluted air enters the lower body hopper, decanting the material by impact on the walls of greater granulometry and discharge through the bottom of the filter.
We have several models, all of them made by ourselves.

CYCLONE FILTERS (OF CARTRIDGES)
This type of filter is used for all kinds of materials, both for dust, sanding wood, crushed wood, oils, fats, roughing, sanding and polishing metals, separating the air from the pollutant with an efficiency of 99.9%.
Cyclonic filter cartridges made of st 37 steel sheets with thicknesses from 2mm to 6mm, with welded joint and the bodies linked by curved flanges.
Continuous operation 24h, automatic cleaning by JET-PULSE, programmed and sequenced by electronic equipment.
The entrance of contaminated air to the central body of the filter cycle is forced to turn in a conical spiral and start decanting the material through the lower part of the cone, thanks to it’s own suction system.
3 Levels of filtration (cyclone pre-separation, sieve and filter through cartridges). A cyclonic effect is generated, with the centrifugal force; the dust particles are separated from the air. The evacuation of the waste under the lock (optional) occurs mechanically. The cleaning of the cartridges is done with contractions with compressed air impulse thanks to an electric pilot with control manostat.

This system is more complete than a silo (tank) because it incorporates filtering elements. In its upper part, the filter bags and the compressed air impulse cleaning system are placed.
In its lower part, the silo is located, for the filling and deposit of dust, until its complete filling, which must be discharged, through a lower mouth.
The air inlet is located between the lower and upper parts, as well as the veneer panels, as a safety preventive system against an explosion.
