VENT PANELS:

Especially developed for technologies where extinguishing powder against is not accepted.

The FLEX equipment guarantees alleviating the explosion in internal or confined spaces without propagation of flame, pressure or heat around the installation point. Therefore, equipment and technologies that are located in areas of difficult access, can be protected by the flame arrester, without the usual increase in costs that require other types of equipment used to protect the facilities.

THE SYSTEM HAS 2 FUNCTIONS:

The relief of the explosion and the prevention of the prolongation of the explosion in free space are the two basic functions of the system.

The relief membranes open due to the rapid increase in pressure and the equipment absorbs the flame, solid particles from combustion and gases. In contrast to a classic explosion relief, the FLEX system is able to absorb this undesirable effect thanks to its construction.

The HDR system effectively suppresses the explosion, limits the pressure of the explosion within the equipment under its resistance to pressure and prevents its destruction. In an environment that is constantly threatened by an explosion, the highly combustible suspended dust must be sufficiently safeguarded and protected against unwanted formation of an explosion. This obligation is imposed by a Directive of the European Parliament (Directive 94/9 / EC or ATEX100, Directive 2006/42 / EC and Directive 1999/92 / EC or ATEX137) and by the rules of legislation (mandatory) (EN 14373, EN 14460, EN 15089 and EN 1127-1). The HRD system is certified through a certification authority. The HRD system complies with all the requirements of the latest European standards (2006/42 / CE, Directive 94/9 / CE [ATEX 100], EN 14373).
